Once ready, we collect the design fee, finalize plans, sign the contract, and take a deposit.
4) Design Stage & Contract
We handle permits, engineering, and construction.
With daily communication and on-site oversight, we ensure things stay on track.
5) Permits & Construction
Daily jobsite supervision means minimal punch lists.
Once everything’s complete, you make the final payment and your warranty begins.
